We are conveniently located at Mount Sinai Medical Center inside the Muriel & Sherman Simon Building. There is a parking garage, connected via a skybridge, located directly across from the building.
We proudly serve patients throughout Miami Beach, Miami, Coral Gables, Aventura, Surfside, North Bay Village, Bal Harbor, Brickell, Sunny Isles Beach, and surrounding communities.
The deposit will be applied toward any treatment performed on the day of your consultation or within 2 months of your consultation date. If no treatment is performed within 2 months, the deposit will be considered a consultation fee and is non-refundable.
If you cancel your appointment, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your deposit. Appointments canceled within 24 hours and no-show appointments will forfeit $100 of their deposit.
